They aren't fresher or trainee level talents but simply have less exposure as compared to mid & senior level. Our fees would be 6% of the annual CTC offered to the candidateMid LevelTalents in this category are deeply technical, suggestive, problem solver, process-driven. They suffice the requirements for a majority of the hiring requests. Our fees would be 7 % of the annual CTC offered to the candidateSenior LevelTalents in this category have exceptionally strong skills, expertise, and experience. They can be termed as Highly competent, innovative, and outcome-oriented. Our fees would be 8.33 % of the annual CTC offered to the candidate.

Yes, we offer a 60-day guarantee for new hires. If you hire someone and the candidate leaves within the first 2 months, we’ll do the 2nd hiring round for the same role for free.
